Lakehurst Park Project Update

Here is an update from Foothills Parks and Rec about the park improvements to Lakehurst Park…

As of right now our designs have progressed to a permitting level and have been submitted to Jefferson County for a grading permit. You may see yellow signs posted in the park as a part of this process.  We are hoping to have approved permits in late fall or early winter. Once plans are approved, we will solicit bids for construction. Bidders will be asked to submit proposed schedules with their bids. Our projected completion is in 2024 with more specific dates to be determined. Please visit our website for more  information on this project.
